2. SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (A2P Program Terms)
Helping Hands Chiropractic offers an interactive mobile text messaging program to communicate with patients regarding appointments, office alerts, and health updates.
- Program Description: When you provide your telephone number and submit a contact form or request an appointment on chirohelpinghands.co, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Helping Hands Chiropractic. Messages include appointment confirmations, automated appointment reminders, customer service replies, and occasional office wellness announcements.
- Opt-In Method: You opt-in by entering your mobile number into our contact form or booking form and checking the opt-in box acknowledging agreement to receive text messages.
- Cost & Message Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider and mobile plan. Helping Hands Chiropractic does not charge extra for text messages.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your scheduling activity and patient interactions. Typically, patients receive 2–4 messages per appointment.
- Opt-Out Mechanism: You can opt out of SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any text message received from us. You will receive one final message confirming your unsubscription.
- Help & Support: For help or info regarding our texting program, reply HELP to any text message, call us at 470-683-2883, or email chirohelpinghands@gmail.com.
- Carriers & Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy Assurance: Mobile subscriber information and SMS consent will NEVER be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or commercial purposes.
